Clinique Vétérinaire Restigouche is an independent veterinary clinic in Atholville, near Campbellton. It cares for dogs and cats across Restigouche, with an attentive approach tailored to each animal. From preventive care to surgery and dentistry, the team supports its canine and feline patients at every stage of life.
My goal for this veterinary website design was to reflect that approach online. I created a bilingual site that introduces the team, explains the services and highlights the animals at the heart of the clinic’s work. Visitors can easily find how to contact the clinic and request a prescription renewal.

A local identity, translated into a clear website
First, I worked with the clinic’s existing logo and visual identity. The site pairs a dark background with warm red accents, generous white space and large photographs. These choices help the content feel welcoming while keeping the main actions easy to find.
The homepage introduces the clinic, then guides visitors toward its services, team and contact information. It also gives prescription renewal a clear place in the navigation. As a result, the design supports both a first visit and a familiar client’s next request.
This veterinary website design also makes room for the clinic’s own photographs. The building, the reception area and the team help people recognize the place they will visit. They give the website a direct connection to the real clinic.
The new homepage: a clear introduction, a strong visual identity and direct access to the clinic’s main actions.

Built with Anabel and her team
The project developed through a series of reviews with Dre Anabel Soucy Maltais, the clinic’s owner. After reviewing the development version, she gathered feedback from her team. We then refined the content and photographs together.
That feedback shaped concrete details. For example, the team reviewed staff titles and biographies, service descriptions and the wording of the clinic’s mission. I integrated the supplied material and adjusted the page layouts as the content took shape.
The photographs were another part of that collaboration. I added the clinic’s images and arranged group photos side by side on desktop and one above the other on mobile. The team could therefore check the presentation in the context of the full website.
These exchanges gave the clinic an active role throughout the project. Each review helped bring the website closer to the team’s own voice, rather than stopping at a visual concept.
Useful features for everyday requests
Next, I connected the design to the clinic’s practical needs. The website includes a contact form and a prescription renewal form. Clear instructions help visitors understand what to send and what happens next.
The project also includes a prevention and advice section. This gives the clinic a place to share information sheets over time. Meanwhile, the team pages bring staff portraits and biographies into a consistent layout.
Finally, I completed the English version, including the team presentations, and checked the website on different screen sizes. I also tested the contact and renewal forms before launch. The site went live on October 16, 2026.
The clinic in Atholville: a real local setting that carries through into the website’s content and photographs.
A website the clinic can make its own
The result is a bilingual WordPress website that brings the clinic’s identity, people and services into one place. The design gives visitors clear paths, while the content reflects the team’s own priorities.
For me, this is what local veterinary website design should achieve: a useful site shaped through a real working relationship. From my base in Tide Head, I help businesses in Campbellton and Restigouche connect their content, design and online tools.
